Match Plan assists Mastex Software with valuation

Match Plan has assisted Mastex Software in determining the value of part of their own developed software.

Client Van 3L Beheer is considering partnering with two other parties. These parties will make their contribution in the form of money or something equivalent to money. Van 3L Beheer and/or Mastex will make their contribution by contributing some of Mastex/Van 3L's key software code as an investment in a new business to be established.
