JKN Logistics is a logistics company based in Capelle aan den IJssel, founded in 1993 in Rotterdam. The business specializes in multimodal transport services, with a focus on the oil, gas and mining sectors. JKN offers a wide range of logistics solutions, including sea, air and rail transport, mainly between the United States, Europe, CIS countries and the Far East.

The company stands out for its global unburdening of transport movements for its relations. Transportation services include everything from shipment coordination and documentation to the transportation of oversized or difficult to transport loads. In addition, JKN offers services such as negotiating with carriers, chartering ships or aircraft and advising clients on packaging and handling requirements to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Match Plan advised JKN Logistics throughout the entire transfer process. We guided the entire sales process, including the valuation of the shares and the creation of all transaction documents up to the closing.
