Bribus is a Dutch kitchen manufacturer with a focus on professional property owners such as housing corporations and real estate investors, among others. Bribus has grown strongly in recent years and saw sufficient potential for further growth. On the other hand, Bribus saw strong competition coming its way.

Nobia AB is Europe's leading kitchen specialist with more than 15 strong brands. Its activities consist of developing, producing and selling kitchen solutions. Every week, Nobia produces more than 135,000 cabinets. Nobia has about 6,100 employees and net revenues of 1.3 billion euros. Seeing an opportunity in Bribus to further expand its business in Europe, Nobia AB approached Bribus.

To be well prepared for the future, Bernhard ten Brinke has decided to accept the request and become part of the Nobia Group. Nobia AB acquired the shares of Bribus as of July 2018.

The Bribus activities will be continued from Dinxperlo.
