Inntel Hotels has sold Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre and MAINPORT by Inntel Hotels in Rotterdam to investor Annexum. The two hotels under one roof together have 480 rooms. This makes them one of the top 10 hotels in the Benelux in size and the largest hotel in Rotterdam.
Buyer Annexum will take over the hotel organization including the real estate and all movable property. The current 200 employees will also come under the responsibility of Annexum. Until October 31, 2023, the hotels will remain operational under the name of Inntel Hotels. After a transition period of 2 months, the hotels will be operationally added to the portfolio of Cycas Hospitality.
