JAN© helps Du Maine with acquisition by Antea

JAN© is advising Du Maine and management team on the investment and participation by investment company Antea in the personal injury firm Juridisch Bureau Letselschade & Gezondheidsrecht B.V. (JBL&G) and Medisch Advies Bureau Letselschade & Gezondheidsrecht B.V. (MAB).

The company assists personal injury victims with legal advice in the field of personal injury and health law. It employs 50 people and has offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Deventer, Groningen and Den Haag. It is number 2 in this market. Further growth is expected for the firm in the coming years, both through the opening of new branches and the addition of possible new areas of law.
