JAN© assisted Betronic Group with the acquisition of Expice Beheer B.V.

Both Betronic and Expice are active in the production and assembly of innovative electronics. This acquisition increases production capacity and strengthens Betronic's position on the electronics market.

Since October 1, 2023, Expice has been part of the Betronic Group. Both organizations develop and produce printed circuit boards for various applications in equipment for customers in different sectors, particularly in the Netherlands. The businesses complement each other well; Betronic has its own production facility in China, while Expice has established its own production location here in the Netherlands.

Paul Vroling, the managing director of Betronic Group: "We were increasingly receiving requests from customers to have a production site in Europe in addition to China. This development accelerated during the COVID lockdowns." The acquisition of Expice Beheer B.V. has significantly increased Betronic's production capacity. For Betronic, this means not only a wider spread of production risks, but also more sustainable production for customers domestically.
