Hogenhouck has accompanied Koninklijke Peitsman in its sale to UNILIN
Hogenhouck has assisted the shareholders of Koninklijke Peitsman, a wholesale distributor of residential and contract furnishings, in its sale to UNILIN, part of Mohawk Industries Inc. (NYSE: MHK), a global leader in flooring manufacturing and distribution.

Koninklijke Peitsman, a Rotterdam-based family business with a history of more than 130 years, is coming into Belgian hands. The wholesaler for home and project furnishings will be acquired by Belgian laminate manufacturer Unilin.

Peitsman serves its clients (home furnishers, parquet installers and project furnishers) from eleven branches in the Netherlands. Unilin, known for its Quik-Step and Pergo brands, among others, employs 5,000 people worldwide, has twenty production sites and last year posted revenues of €1.55 bln.
