Klijn Machines and Tools acquired by Rubix

Groenewegen & Lukaart has guided and advised Hans Klijn of Klijn Machines en Gereedschappen in the transfer of assets to Rubix. For Rubix, this acquisition is part of its network development strategy. For Klijn, the transfer to Rubix means that continuity for customers will continue to be guaranteed in the future.

About Klijn Machines and Tools

Klijn Machines and Tools supplies tools and general maintenance products to a select number of larger customers. Founded in 1953 and currently led by the second generation, Hans Klijn started with the business in 1980 and became owner in 2005. Klijn Machines and Tools customers will be served from the Rubix facility in Gouda after the transfer.
