EyeCare Group acquires Cysouw Optiek

Groenewegen & Lukaart has assisted the shareholders of Cysouw Optiek in the sale to the EyeCare Group. With the acquisition of this optics company from Zeeland, EyeCare strengthens its position in the high-end segment.
