Ear 2 Ear acquires 100% of shares in All Ears Hearing Care

Groenewegen & Lukaart has assisted Van Wijngaarden Holding B.V. in the sale of All Ears Hoorzorg B.V. to Ear 2 Ear B.V. (part of Eyecare Group B.V.). The acquisition fits into Ear 2 Ear's strategy and offers the opportunity to further improve the quality of the existing services and strengthen its position in Zeeland.

About All Ears Hearing Care

All Ears Hoorzorg finds its origin in 1992 when audicien Erik van Wijngaarden and Erwin van der Land opened the audicien establishment All Ears Hoortoestellen in Goes. Over the years, the company has become an established name within Zeeland with 5 stores. With its new name All Ears Hoorzorg, it focuses on the upper end of the market and has no contracts with health insurers. As a result, the company is able to provide customized services and devote the desired and required time to customers.
