Grant Thornton 's merger and acquisition team and corporate lawyers have assisted Instruct B.V. in the sale process to Do-IT @School.

The merger and acquisition team was involved in the negotiations with several potential buyers and in the further completion of the sales process. The legal department was involved in drafting the acquisition documents. Since mid-2018, the Grant Thornton team worked intensively with the seller to make the sale possible.

Up to 2 times it seemed that the eventual buyer would decide to abandon the transaction after all. But because of the good relationship between Grant Thornton, the buyer and the seller, there was always room for conversation. By taking enough time to understand each other well, a good deal was eventually reached.
