Grant Thornton assists shareholders Dare!!! Services on sale to Kiwa

Kiwa is active worldwide in the field of testing, inspection and certification and has acquired DARE!!! Services.

DARE!!! Services has a long track record in the field of EMC measurements, product safety, calibrations and certification of medical equipment or devices (MDR). Herewith DARE! Services B.V. joins Kiwa and will continue under the name Kiwa Dare Services.

Kiwa Dare Services is based in Woerden and supports organizations with a wide range of services, such as EMC measurements and product safety testing and certification within the framework of the CE mark, and brand-independent calibration of electronic measuring equipment. It is also the Designated Body (Notified Body) for the certification of medical devices under MDD/MDR and according to ISO/IEC13485. The remaining activities, including EMC/RF software and measurement equipment, of DARE!!! remain independent and continue under the name Raditeq (formerly DARE!!! Products).

The takeover gives Kiwa more opportunities for expansion.
