Sale of Logopedie Direct and LogopediePlus

June 2024 - The Deals & financing team has proudly guided the shareholders of Logopedie Direct and LogopediePlus as they prepare to partner with Fysio Groep Nederland ('FGN').

Logopedie Direct is an established name in central and eastern Netherlands, working from more than 70 different practice and school locations. The care provided by the speech therapists at Logopedie Direct is directly accessible to clients. They can visit Logopedie Direct without a referral from a general practitioner or specialist.

LogopediePlus specializes in treating and examining clients with developmental delays, syndromes or disabilities. In addition, they advise and guide their client's environment. The speech therapists of LogopediePlus work exclusively at schools in special education.

The combined size of the company and experienced management provides an excellent basis for FGN to start a speech therapy branch in addition to physical therapy. Logopedie Direct, LogopediePlus and FGN share the same mission and vision for the future, namely to provide the best speech therapy care and to further grow Logopedie Groep Nederland ('LGN') in the coming years. This has formed the basis for successfully entering into the partnership.
