May 2024 - The Deals & financing team has proudly assisted Eco-Point's shareholder in the successful sale of his company to Danish DST-Chemicals and investor Foreman Capital.
Eco-Point develops, produces and supplies ecological cleaning solutions for the business market. With their own laboratory and factory in Halsteren, Brabant, they develop sustainable and safe cleaning agents used to remove grease, lime, glue, ink, rust and paint. The powerful solutions are free of hazard symbols and therefore an alternative to environmentally harmful cleaning agents.
The acquisition is a great step for Eco-point in achieving sustainable growth ambitions and strengthens its position as a leading manufacturer and supplier of environmentally friendly cleaning solutions for industry.
