Bright Digital and Vet Digital join forces with support from investment company DELTA Equity Partners.

The ambition is to build a European HubSpot Powerhouse together. Bright Digital was started in 2016 by founders Lambert van Asselt and Johan Lammers. Originally from Apeldoorn, the agency has since grown into a major full-service HubSpot player with 50 professionals and a second office in Amsterdam. Bright provides services in the areas of HubSpot consultancy, website and CRM development and digital marketing. In recent years, Bright made previous acquisitions: Cliptoo Marketing (2019) and the fast-growing Seefore from Harderwijk (2021). The latter is the former business of Henry van Olst, Sales Director and also partner at Bright.

Vet Digital was started 2012 by Erik Verpoort as a website and marketing agency. Later, partner Ron Schaminee stepped in as CFO and the business opted for a strategic focus on HubSpot. Vet Digital now works with over 30 employees from Nijmegen and has opened its first office in Denmark. The agency provides services in HubSpot consultancy, website and CRM development and digital marketing. Vet Digital's previous acquisitions include Hill Marketing and Marketing Penguin.

Both Bright Digital and Vet Digital are focusing entirely on HubSpot, the all-in-one CRM platform for Sales, Marketing and Service. HubSpot is a very user-friendly, scalable and reliable 'single source of truth' CRM platform. The American business is making huge strides, gaining ground on other well-known CRM vendors. Because of its strategy to serve ever larger customers, HubSpot is looking for larger partners with high capacity and expertise in every continent of the world. Together with these partners, HubSpot provides outstanding service to its users.

DELTA Equity Partners specializes in buy & build, actively focusing on the Technology & Health sectors. The investment company has a lot of experience in building successful businesses in the IT industry through the 'buy & build' strategy.
