Following the acquisition of Atricom in late 2021, Ruvano / Connectworks has further complemented its growth ambition under the guidance of Factor & Ros. With the acquisition of Hillen Kantoorefficiëncy and Mdoc, Ruvano's position in the eastern Netherlands has been strengthened.
Ruvano Document Solutions, provider of printing and scanning solutions primarily in the eastern Netherlands, together with Connectworks already forms a player of stature. Unlike many managed service providers comparable in size, the company is fully owned by the three executives. This approach and the personal click made the match with Hillen Kantoorefficiëncy and MDOC a quick one. In terms of service package, size and type of clients, there is a good match between the businesses. Also in terms of culture the businesses fit well together, providing clients with a further guarantee of high-quality services.
This acquisition creates the largest independent supplier in the field of printing and scanning solutions in the eastern Netherlands. And Connectworks / Ruvano will further implement its active buy-and-build strategy.
"Personal contact and short lines of communication are very important in Twente" said Wouter van Weeren. "A customer can always call us if he has questions. Even as management we are available for that on Sunday mornings". This approach distinguishes Ruvano / Connectworks from other major players in the market and makes Hillen Kantoorefficiency and Mdoc a seamless fit.
Factor & Ros guides Ruvano and Connectworks in its active buy-and-build strategy, from identification of acquisition candidates, through valuation, analyses and negotiations to the execution of the acquisition.
