Otterman Techniek has been acquired by Morrenhof-Jansen. Otterman Techniek is a versatile system integrator in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial installations, ICT and measurement and control technology with approximately 85 years of experience. The acquisition strengthens Morrenhof-Jansen's position in the market, increases its volume and increases its workforce to approximately 245 employees.

Otterman Techniek

Otterman Techniek in Hardenberg was founded in 1935 by Gerard Otterman as a store and soon continued as an electrical installation company. A family business with a focus on electrotechnical installations within utility construction. After the takeover by Messrs. Hanstede and Hulsbeek in 2003, the business developed as a total installer. In 2015, Keizer Techniek from Enschede was acquired, making the combination of E and W activities a reality. Otterman now has over 60 employees working in the areas of living, working, care and industry for both private and business clients. Service and maintenance are also part of the business' services.

Morrenhof-Jansen is a family business in our region and has the necessary scope and knowledge in the areas of personnel management and training in addition to its technical expertise. The acquisition offers new opportunities and development possibilities for our employees. That feels good."
