Cable specialist Cable Masters sold to CMAT Holding

Cable Masters B.V. based in Rijswijk, has been acquired by CMAT Holding B.V. of the EGB Group B.V. as of March 29, 2023. Through an MBO, Mr. Rick Noordanus has become 100% owner of the business.

Cable Masters is a leading specialized supplier of specialty cables. As a cable specialist, Cable Masters aims to offer cable solutions that enable installations to be realized quickly, safely and efficiently in industry, utilities and infrastructure. We have a very extensive product range with customer-specific solutions.

Since its establishment in 2002 under the EGB Group, the company has experienced steady growth. Ton Schipper, the former owner thought it was time, given his age, to hand over the management and has found an excellent successor in Rick Noordanus, who was already associated with the business as director, who with his enthusiasm and drive will continue to successfully expand the business.

Factor & Ros supervised the entire process on behalf of Cable Masters and the EGB Group. The work performed by Factor & Ros included carrying out a valuation analysis, conducting negotiations, legal completion and assistance with the notarial transfer.
