As part of its active growth strategy, Jansen & De Wit has acquired NXPD in Heerde and Hattemerbroek. With this acquisition, Jansen & De Wit further expands its strategic position in the North and East of the Netherlands with the additions of the NXPD branches in Zwolle, Heerde and Hattemerbroek. In the realization of its active growth strategy, Jansen & De Wit is being assisted in the M&A field by Factor Business Acquisitions.

Jansen & De Wit has been one of the bigger players in the flex industry (secondment and payroll) in the East and North region of the Netherlands for more than 20 years. Jansen & De Wit currently seconds around 1,500 skilled workers, mainly in the sectors construction, asbestos, demolition and infrastructure. It also provides flexible personnel within the SME sector in general. Jansen & De Wit operates from its offices Hoogeveen, Emmen, Groningen and the recently opened office in Nijverdal. The owners of Jansen & De Wit are following an active growth strategy with which they want to underline the leading position within the flex industry in the region of North and East Netherlands, based on the disciplines of secondment, temporary employment, payrolling and taking care of the total back office for intermediaries.

NXPD, consisting of NXPD Groep in Heerde and Zwolle and NXPD in Hattemerbroek, has grown since its founding in 2011 into a professional regionally known temporary employment agency in the Veluwe region and around Zwolle. NXPD focuses mainly on temporary staffing in construction & infrastructure and in engineering & industry, supplementing its services with a business unit that provides training for skilled workers.

With the acquisition of NXPD, Jansen & De Wit further expands its position in Eastern Netherlands, this is a positive step for Jansen & De Wit.
