Another great acquisition in the buy-and-build strategy for staffing company Jansen & De Wit, which further strengthens its position in the northeast of the Netherlands with the takeover of Flexi-Job.
Flexi-Job, based in Erica, Drenthe, focuses on temporary workers in horticulture, recreation, production, metal.
Jansen & De Wit, with offices in Hoogeveen, Emmen, Groningen, Nijverdal and Heerde, specializes in secondment, temporary staffing, payrolling and taking care of the total back office for intermediaries.
In addition to strong organic growth, Jansen & De Wit pursues an active buy-and-build strategy that has made it one of the largest independent recruitment agencies in the North East of the Netherlands(Groningen, Drenthe and Overijssel). The acquisition of Flexi-Job is a logical step in this buy-and-build strategy of Jansen & De Wit and fits perfectly with the goal of being a strong regional player. Together with the acquisition of H&S Personeelsdiensten earlier this month, the acquisition of Flexi-Job is already the fourth acquisition in a short time that Jansen & De Wit has realized under the guidance of the acquisition advisers of Factor & Ros.
"With the acquisition of Flexi-Job and H&S Personeelsdiensten, we are further expanding our position in the market. By joining forces, in addition to increasing our market share, we are even better able to mediate between clients and job seekers. We are proud to be able to add both Flexi-Job and H&S Personeelsdiensten to the Jansen & De Wit family and are convinced of our joint success in the region," said José Perik, Managing Director of Jansen & De Wit.
This most recent acquisition means that Jansen & De Wit has made four acquisitions in the past two years. Factor & Ros guides Jansen & De Wit in its active buy-and-build strategy, from identification of acquisition candidates, through valuation, analyses and negotiations to the execution of the acquisition.
