Jansen & De Wit acquires H&S Personeelsdiensten

The acquisition of H&S Personeelsdiensten strengthens Jansen & De Wit's position in the northeastern Netherlands. H&S Personeelsdiensten focuses primarily on secondment in the painting, construction, and finishing sectors.

With the strategic acquisition, Jansen & De Wit reinforces its buy-and-build strategy. The business already has branches in Hoogeveen, Emmen, Groningen, Nijverdal and Heerde.

The deal is part of the strategy to be a strong regional player in the North and East of the Netherlands.

This acquisition completes Jansen & De Wit's four acquisitions in the past two years. Factor & Ros assisted the owners of Jansen & De Wit throughout the acquisition process with these acquisitions within its buy-and-build strategy.
