Factor & Ros assisted Greatday with its acquisition by Dutch Staffing Group.

Greatday is a leading secondment and recruitment agency, active in the pharma, bio and medical devices sectors. This acquisition marks an important milestone and is the third strategic acquisition for Dutch Staffing Group. The cooperation offers new opportunities and possibilities for Greatday, while Dutch Staffing Group further strengthens its position in the market.

Throughout the acquisition process Factor & Ros acted as adviser on behalf of Greatday.
