Van Dam Group expands further with acquisition of Schipper Installation

The Van Dam Groep from Rijssen is expanding further. Under the guidance of Factor & Ros, the Van Dam Groep has acquired Schipper Installation from Huizen.

With this acquisition, the Van Dam Groep can provide its customers in the West of the country with even better service and maintenance of installations.

The Van Dam Groep(www.vandamgroep.nl) is a total installer with many years of experience and knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, home automation and fire safety with which the company has occupied an important position in the Dutch market. With over 380 employees, the company is one of the larger and leading organizations in the installation sector in the Netherlands.

The Van Dam Group already consisted of Installatiebedrijf G. van Dam, Van Dam Technisch Beheer (with branches in Rijssen and Rosmalen) and De Leeuw Installatie. With the acquisition of Schipper Installatie, the company is expanding further into the West of the Netherlands.

Schipper Installation(www.schipperbvinstallatie.nl) is a total installer with its own service and maintenance department. The company has years of experience in designing and installing sustainable and energy-saving installations.

Schipper Installation, like the Van Dam Groep, is a family business and total installer where quality and the customer are central. For the 18 employees of Schipper Installation little will change.
