Construction company Renshof becomes part of elk® group

Construction company Renshof from Enschede has been acquired by elk® group, part of Waterland Private Equity Equity.

Renshof will become part of the elk® group, but will continue to operate under its own flag. The acquisition strengthens the position of elk® group in the east of the Netherlands and thus further shapes the desired growth.

Both organizations see that the current market demands strong, reliable and nationally operating organizations. This will create a future-proof organization. Both Renshof and elk® group have found that they share the same ideas about the market and important topics, such as sustainability and innovation.

Bouwbedrijf Renshof was founded in 2003 and has about thirty employees. The business concentrates on renovation, preservation and maintenance for professional property owners. Combined with elk® group, Renshof expands its position in the Twente region.
