Two years after taking a stake in Hospitality Group, Coppa has now also entered into a strategic partnership with smaller industry peer VFM Facility Experts.

Arnhem Coppa specializes in procurement services for parties in healthcare and government. In early 2021, the business took a majority stake in Hospitality Group (about 90 advisers), an Amersfoort consultancy that helps clients with hospitality, facility management, procurement and accommodation.

With its brand new majority stake in VFM Facility Experts, Coppa is further deepening its capabilities in the world of facility management. The Utrecht-based VFM Facility Experts (about 40 professionals) is active in all areas within the facility management profession and provides both consultancy and interim solutions.

Like Hospitality Group, VFM Facility Experts is among the 10 leading facility management consulting firms in our country. VFM Facility Experts retains its own independence, identity and management, and continues to operate from its Utrecht office.

Together, Coppa, Hospitality Group and VFM Facility Experts will realize an expected revenue of approximately €30 million this year.
