Dutch Dream Group assisted entrepreneur Remko Brilman with the sale of his well performing (especially recurring revenue) business Videobutler to Wortell. Wortell is a participation of Holland Capital, a private equity investor with extensive experience in ICT. With the acquisition of Videobutler, Holland Capital is building on their buy and build strategy. Through the acquisition of Videobutler, Microsoft partner Wortell takes a position in digital meeting services as boardroom and meeting room-as-a-service.

During the sales process, Dutch Dream Group creatively thought along with Remko and together searched for the right acquisition structure, in which Remko could fully identify with. Through the eventually chosen acquisition structure (pre-exit) Remko has the opportunity to continue to grow his business as entrepreneur / director together with the experienced and driven team of Wortell.
