Dubbeldam & Company assists Regts shareholders in sale to Isero

Frisian Regts is a well-established, regional hardware wholesaler in the Northern Netherlands. Since the 1930s, Regts has been a valued partner for construction professionals in the northern part of the Netherlands.

With this acquisition, Isero takes another step in strengthening its leading market position and expands its branch network to the Northern Netherlands. Regts has 5 branches in Friesland and with this Isero grows to 71 branches.
