Van Buuren Groep of Rijssen has acquired the shares in Van Dijk IJzerhandel.

Van Dijk IJzerhandel started in 1839 in Meppel as a tin and coppersmith's shop. In the years that followed, Van Dijk started focusing more and more on construction. Today, Van Dijk is a wholesaler for construction and industry, for hardware, tools and fasteners with branches in Meppel, Hoogeveen and Emmen. Van Dijk is also active online through its own webshop, Schroef.nl and Deurklink.shop.
