Takeover of Brainnet by PRO Unlimited

PRO Unlimited Inc. has acquired the shares in Brainnet.

Brainnet becomes the independent hiring specialist in Europe thanks to acquisition by PRO Unlimited. PRO Unlimited offers Brainnet an international network. In addition, Brainnet will gain access to hiring data and integration with VMS technology, which is fully equipped for Contingent Workforce Management to roll out international MSP Programs.

Brainnet was founded in 1996 and offers the same services as PRO Unlimited. Brainnet has 125 employees and manages over €800 million in hiring spend.

PRO Unlimited (active since 1991) offers a comprehensive hiring platform and helps organizations around the world address the cost, risk and quality issues surrounding flexible hiring. PRO Unlimited has 1,229 employees and manages $7 billion in hiring spend.
