DHW Corporate Finance Finance assists Runnersworld Amsterdamse Bos with the sale

DHW Corporate Finance Finance has assisted Bas Stigter of Runnersworld Amsterdamse Bos with the sale of his sporting goods store in Amstelveen.

The company

Bas Stigter took over the Runnersworld store from his father in 2015 and has enjoyed operating it ever since. Under Bas' leadership, the store has experienced nice growth. Bas is now ready for the next challenge and has therefore decided to transfer the store.

The transaction

DHW Corporate Finance Finance has assisted Bas Stigter in the sales process, including the indicative valuation of the company, assessing incoming bids, drafting the transaction documentation and by acting as a sparring partner for the seller throughout the entire process.
