The company
Search Heroes started in 2011 as a media agency whose services include media consulting, website analysis, marketing plans, as well as training, workshops and secondment to clients' offices. The agency has 15 heroes and over the last decade grew from search advertising agency to a full-service media agency.

The Intracto Group was born and formed in Belgium. As a digital agency, Intracto shapes tomorrow's enterprises in the fields of marketing, strategy, communication and technology. The group has approximately 1,500 employees, who come together on various campuses in Belgium and the Netherlands where talent is brought together in the areas of technology, strategy, marketing, content and creation.

The transaction
After 10 years of growth, Zoekhelden's management was eager to take the company to the next level with a new partner. The Intracto Group is pursuing a buy & build strategy with financial support from investor Waterland. As part of the Intracto Group, Search Heroes gains access to a strong international network of specialized agencies.

DHW Corporate Finance assisted Marc and Marcel in the sales process in terms of negotiations with the buyer and the creation of the relevant transaction documentation.
