Tamara Bierlee has acquired Stam Gerechtsdeurwaarders en Incasso B.V. through her personal holding company.

Stam offers its clients national coverage based on the regions of Amsterdam, Haarlem and North Holland above the North Sea Canal, including Texel.

The transaction
DHW Corporate Finance Finance assisted the Buyer in all aspects of the purchase process of Stam. The activities included supervising the negotiations, calculating the various purchase scenarios and coordinating the due diligence investigation carried out by the Buyer and checking and further elaborating the documentation and contracts drawn up.
