The company
SLS Communication Services has been active in the field of patient information since 1994 and provides an online content platform (UI-online) for pharmacies, dispensing general practitioners and hospitals, among others, in the field of drug information. Buyer of the shares was Health Base Foundation, active since 1990 as an expertise center in the field of drug information and medication monitoring.

With the acquisition, Health Base adds UI-online to its suite of services, which includes medical-pharmaceutical information for healthcare IT systems and patients.

The transaction
DHW Corporate Finance assisted the entrepreneur in a share valuation and transaction guidance process. In addition to conducting negotiations and structuring the deal, performing due diligence on behalf of the seller was also part of the process.
