The company
The four employees have taken a 100% interest in R&C Beleidsondersteuning B.V. (holding company) with the operating company Regioplan Beleidsonderzoek B.V. This acquisition allows Regioplan to continue building a professional and future-proof organization where the former owners know that the company will be transferred to capable successors and where the buyers get a great opportunity to do business within a market and company they know.

Regioplan helps its clients research, implement and develop policy. It has been doing this since 1984, making it one of the longest-standing agencies in the Netherlands that specializes entirely in policy support.

The transaction
DHW Corporate Finance Finance assisted the Buyers in all aspects of the purchase process. The work included supervising the negotiations, calculating the various purchase scenarios, writing a financing memorandum and working out the documentation and contracts.
