DHW Corporate Finance has assisted Angelo Galantino of Novitalia B.V. of Amsterdam in a process in which he entered into a partnership with Arnoud Zuijdendorp, who became a shareholder in the business and was also appointed as a director.

The company has grown considerably over time and supplies all food and equipment for restaurants, delicatessens and Italian culinary enthusiasts. Sales take place both from the store and online, to both business and private customers. The company employs about 20 people.

DHW Corporate Finance has assisted Angelo Galantino in the entire sales process, i.e. searching and approaching suitable candidate buyers, conducting discussions and negotiations, structuring the deal and the new organizational structure, supervising the buyer's book examination and finally recording the agreements made in the various agreements.
