Leeflang Printing Company sale transaction

CROP CF has advised the shareholder of packaging printer Drukkerij Leeflang from Arnhem with the sale of his business to Hassink Verpakkingsdrukwerk from Haaksbergen. Leeflang prints cardboard packaging mainly for the veterinary drug industry. The DGA set up the successful business about 30 years ago and had no successor in house. Family business Hassink also operates as a packaging printer and is fully focused on the food sector. For Hassink a nice strategic acquisition and for Leeflang a very suitable buyer, where his 23 employees are in good hands.

The work of CROP CF and CROP Legal has consisted of interviews with prospective buyers, drafting the sales memorandum, negotiating the letter of intent and purchase agreement, as well as assisting with the DD.
