CROP corporate finance has advised and guided the shareholders of AC Adviseurs in joining forces with Ignite Group; an international and innovative market leader in grant advice and related digital solutions.

The reason for the transaction was that AC Adviseurs wants to continue to offer added value and high-quality services to its clients in a rapidly changing environment. It wants to retain and attract good, enthusiastic and talented employees by being able to (continue to) offer them future prospects.

All this forced AC Adviseurs to scale up in the coming years. The owners wanted to accelerate that scale-up by connecting with a strategic partner who has the same vision and ambitions as they do.
