Dialog Group is an IT organization and the leading player in the Benelux market when it comes to organizations targeting large businesses. This to bring clients into dialogue with their internal and also external stakeholders through every possible communication channel. Clients include ING, ABN-AMRO, Ziggo, Volksbank and ASR.

The company was founded in 1992 and operates anno 2020 with approximately 50 employees in the Netherlands and Belgium, with its headquarters in Bunnik.

Acquisition transaction Dialog Group
A multidisciplinary team of CROP (corporate finance, legal, accountants and also tax specialists) carried out this intensive acquisition process (MBO). The process consisted of the valuation, negotiations, setting up the transaction and financing structure, arranging the transaction financing, performing the due diligence and also the complete transaction documentation.

CROP corporate finance has guided Dialog Group shareholders through an MBO, which was successfully completed in June 2019.
