Acquisition process Goedegebuure Dental Technology

Willem Thole has acquired the shares in Goedegebuure Tandtechniek B.V. from Wolter Jagt and Paul Goedegebuure through a management buyout.

A multidisciplinary team of CROP(corporate finance, assurance, tax and legal) supervised this acquisition process on behalf of the sellers (Paul and Wolter). The process consisted of the valuation, negotiations and the complete transaction documentation.
