Conatum proud of successful sale of renowned HR company to Trixxo

In the spring of 2021, Conatum was asked by the management of Vandaag Personeelsdiensten BV to guide them through a possible sale of their two HR companies.

After an intensive search for potential acquisition candidates, talks were started with an internationally operating company in Belgium called Trixxo.

The discussions were constructive which resulted in the deal being realized in the fall of 2021 to the full satisfaction of all parties.
