The shortage on the labor market is increasing again and good professionals are hard to come by. Organic growth is therefore currently difficult and in order to meet the ever increasing market demand, the business acquisition of a company in which personnel with the necessary knowledge and experience is already present is a good alternative. The condition, of course, is that the employees are interested in continuing to work for the new owner of the business.

This turned out to be the case not only with the staff, but also with the director-shareholder of the transferred company. On July 20, G. Sars Installatiebedrijf B.V. of Roermond took over the shares of De Boer Installatietechniek B.V. of Geleen, with the former managing director-shareholder of De Boer Installatietechniek B.V. assuming a management position in the new organization.
