Conatum assists VOF Autoservice Piereij in strategic acquisition

Description

Due to the significant increase in workshop turnover and trade in used cars, VOF Autoservice Piereij in Beek was struggling with a lack of space. Knowing that customers wish to drive no more than 15 minutes to service their cars, replacement accommodation had to be sought in the immediate vicinity.

The strategic takeover of Vakgarage Ernes in Elsloo as of October 1 kills two birds with one stone. On the one hand, the company gains access to a much larger workshop and ditto space for the presentation of used cars; on the other hand, the takeover makes use of the economies of scale of a larger universal car company.

With a combination of a young enthusiastic team and a number of very experienced mechanics, the company is ready for the future. Under the new name "Vakgarage Ernes & Piereij" the required attention can be given to the maintenance of (electric) cars and the sale of good used cars.
