Successful business acquisition of BSO in Amsterdam

After first approaching another company takeover specialist, the owner turned to us. Partly because we sell a number of day-care centers/BSOs every year, we have extensive knowledge of the market and related issues.

This gave the owner enough confidence to place the sale of her business with us. After an initial selection of 2 candidates, the BSO was sold to one of these candidates in December 2023.

The saleswoman was very pleased with the guidance provided by Company Brokers during the sales process, but also with the aftercare, which consisted of advising on pending matters.
