Dominio acquires Per Sempre Toys

Per Sempre Toys, the selling party, is an online toy store selling mainly dollhouses, play kitchens, play tents and outdoor toys in more than 6 European countries.

The current owners, Hetty and Erik van Egmond, took over the business in 2012 and continued to expand it. Given their busy other activities, they decided to sell a business.

Company Brokers kers was engaged to guide the sales process. A great journey followed, in which the right buyer was found in Dominio.

Dominio is the vehicle of buyer Soredi van der Laar. Looking for a webshop, Soredi quickly fell for the product pallet, the versatile market and the international character of Per Sempre Toys.
