Company Brokers assists soap factory Siderius & Steldt in selling the company

On September 30 last, the Siderius & Steldt soap factory and its subsidiaries were transferred to Hendrik Postma and Peter Caroll. The entrepreneurs have big plans with the successful acquisition of Soap World. Soap World is a producer of solid soap products for major Dutch and foreign retailers who market it under their own names. The assembly of ingredients into finished products at the factory in Ochten is characterized by a high degree of craftsmanship. This makes Soap World unique and is also the reason that both large brands and smaller ones know how to find the factory.

Under the leadership of the previous owner, Harrie van der Steldt, the factory experienced healthy growth in recent years. Van der Steldt took over the business several years ago and managed to make it profitable with the existing team. The buyers, Postma and Carroll, both have a financial background and have worked for Unilever, among others. They want to build on the foundations laid by the previous owner and hope to take Soap World's services and market position to an even higher level.
