As of July 1, 2022, Continuous Learning is the new owner of Blom Partners. Blom Partners specializes in personality research in relation to job openings and positions, especially in middle and senior management. This is precisely where it is important to get the right person in the right seat. For employees who are already employed, the personality assessment serves to find out what next steps someone can handle. Blom Partners has a long history and was founded in the early nineties by Hans Blom.

The new owner, Continuous Learning, is the parent organization of Civas. Civas has been around for more than 20 years now and is a renowned training institute with more than 100 courses in the fields of coaching, nutrition, psychology and HR. With the acquisition of Blom Partners, Civas has a unique assessment platform with more depth and higher predictive value than that of traditional personality assessments.
