After having realized an MBO of Media Audits Advertising Consultancy with a number of partners and this business was acquired by Accenture, Han wanted to go back to being an entrepreneur himself after 3 years of partnership with Accenture. In 2009 he started the business Maximind, a consultancy in the field of brand performance management. With this company he worked closely with the business Scanmar. Han saw in Scanmar a beautiful business with professional people, strong businesses and many growth opportunities. Because of the added value Han with his broad management and professional sales experience could offer Scanmar, the owners of Scanmar, Mr. Gert Jan de Nooij and Mr. Henk Leenders were also interested in a partnership with Han.
