Merger between InterimWorX and Phocus

BuyInside has assisted InterimWorX in its merger with industry peer Phocus. The owners of InterimWorX knocked on BuyInside s door to find a business for acquisition.

During the subsequent search conducted by BuyInside and the resulting discussions with interested parties, the merger with one of these parties (Phocus) turned out to be an even more interesting option, after which merger talks were started and eventually completed successfully.
