Otto van Linden has realized a stake in software producer Nebu through BuyInside. Nebu is an internationally operating business specialized in the development and production of data analysis software. Together with the -more technically oriented- founder/owner Otto will further (internationally) expand and professionalize this business in the coming years.

MANAGEMENT BUY-IN

BuyInside guided Otto throughout the MBI process, where we initially supported Otto in the search process and the establishment of contacts with Nebu. The transaction was then negotiated and preceded by a so-called "deferred acquisition period," during which Otto first worked in the business for several months, without the actual share transaction having taken place. After these months, the closing took place.
