MBI duo acquires Alcomex Group together with investor Nordian

The business, with headquarters in Opmeer and several foreign production sites in Poland, the Czech Republic and India, among others, is a producer and European supplier of technical springs. In recent years, Alcomex has acquired an impressive position in the European door springs market. In addition, the company has built up a good position on the European market for industrial springs.

With the arrival of the new owners/directors Jelle van Vliet and Conrad Hietink, Mr. Fred Baas steps down as owner, but will still continue to form the management team together with the new owners.

MANAGEMENT BUY-IN

BuyInside supervised the entire MBI process for Jelle and Conrad, starting with establishing contacts with owner Fred Baas.
